Interior cabinetry · Suffolk Park, NSW
Hayters Drive, Suffolk Park
Plywood kitchen built around a full-width servery window, with one long concrete bench and a suspended steel shelf standing in for the upper cabinets.

The brief was simple: make the kitchen disappear into the landscape. We used marine grade plywood for the carcasses and drawer fronts, letting the natural side grain carry the visual weight rather than decorative hardware.
A full-width servery window over the 6mm stainless steel bench opens the kitchen to the deck. The single concrete benchtop runs uninterrupted, supported by the custom Island while a suspended steel shelf replaces the conventional overhead cupboards — keeping the eye line clear to the rainforest outside.
